IF YOUR CHILD IS ILL DURING BREAK
If you need to report your child’s illness, a positive COVID result for your child, or if you have a question about your child’s symptoms, quarantine guidance, return to school date, or another COVID-related topic, please contact a registered nurse through the Healthcare IT Leaders’ nurse hotline at 425-366-7745.

Nurses are available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, 12 to 5 p.m. on Saturdays, and 3 to 7 p.m. on Sundays, even during Spring Break. If they don’t answer, please leave a voice message with your child’s first and last name and your phone number and so they can return your call.

Please report all symptoms including sore throat, headache, runny nose or congestion, unusual fatigue, muscle or body aches, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, fever, cough, loss of sense of taste and/or smell, shortness of breath or chills, to the nurse hotline. We encourage families to use the nurse hotline at any hour. The nurses working the hotline number will be the ones to clear your child to return to school. Please provide the nurse hotline with updates regarding your child’s negative or positive test results. The nurses working the nurse hotline communicate regularly with school nurses.

Thank you and have a safe and fun Spring Break!

Sincerely,

Mukilteo School District
