This is my 5th year working at ACES High School as an Administrative Assistant and I previously worked at Voyager Middle School for 16 years..    I love my job and the variety of daily tasks I have.  I enjoy the challenge each day brings.   I am responsible for balancing the school budgets, monthly count, getting interpreters for conferences, and the list goes on. The favorite thing about my job is the camaraderie amongst the staff.  We are a family.   Everyone respects each other and is willing to help one another out.   The other part of my job that I enjoy is when I talk with students.   I would love to get to know something about each student and I like hearing about what is going on in their lives.  

When I am not at work, my husband and I enjoy spending time together playing and training our puppy, Baxter.   He is now 2 years old and brings so much joy to us.   Recently, we became grandparents to 2 little boys.   One was born in February 2020 and the other in May 2020.  In my spare time I enjoy gardening, cooking and quilting.
