Our Help Desk (we call it Service Desk) is there for you!
Service Desk is staffed daily: Monday-Friday 6:30am-5pm, although days and times may be extended at high volume times of the school year (e.g., start of schools, semester change).
Staff should check with the school’s Computer Specialist and then submit a work order in mySupport from a district issued computer.
For urgent issues or if you cannot login to your computer, please call 425-356-1207.
Students should check with their teacher(s) first, and then call 425-356-1207 if more assistance is needed.
