We are using the app SORA to access ebooks and eaudio books. This app is part of the Overdrive System (like at the Sno-Isle Library).  You can either log in to Clever and click on the SORA app to see available ebooks and audiobooks or you can just log in to Destiny and search.

All of 2020-21 Coffee Can Books and lots of other great reads can also be found in digital!  Enjoy!

    **EPIC Books for Kids

This site is particularly good for a wide range of readers...so if you are an ELL student trying to raise your reading level OR if you are just out of books to read and looking for a source.  Try this.  Check with your teacher to see if there is a subscription this year.

You can use Epic on any web browser (on a laptop or desktop computer), or the Epic app on any iOS or Android devices.

"SYNC is a free summer audiobook program for teens 13+. It will return Spring of 2021 through part of summer again. SYNC has given participants two thematically paired audiobooks a week.   In 2019, 28 titles were given away over 14 weeks.

SYNC is sponsored by AudioFile Magazine and titles are delivered through Sora, the student reading app from OverDrive. In advance of accessing the program, download the app from Apple or Google, to the device you anticipate listening on and be ready to go!

Sign-up to get notifications each week when the FREE audiobooks are available. You can receive alerts by text message, email newsletter, or by visiting www.audiobooksync.com. Titles change every Thursday overnight  Eastern Time when the program is running.

Please Note: Signing up for these alerts will not send you the titles. The alerts will only tell you when and where the title is available to load into the app."

This site is particularly good for 13+ as it is advertised.  It is also good for someone who has lots of time to listen and finish a book within one week.  If that is not you, you can still keep the title on your device so you remember to finish it, but the content will disappear after a week.
