Technology Support for Families
If you are a student with login issues or a district-issued computing device and you need technical support, please check first with your teacher.
If students or families need help with district provided-technology they can complete the Distance Learning Technology Support Form or call 425-356-1207 and Technology Services will respond accordingly. Technology Services Service Desk (Help Desk) is staffed daily, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
TEMPORARY SUPPORT HOURS EXTENDED
To better serve our families at the start of school, we are temporarily increasing our Service Desk phone support times to:
- Thursday 9/3/20 – 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Friday 9/4/20 – 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Monday 9/7/20 (Labor Day) – 12 to 9 p.m.
- Tuesday 9/8/20 – 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Wednesday 9/9/20 – 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Thursday 9/10/20 – 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Friday 9/11/20 – 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
A live person (unless call volume exceeds staffing) will answer the phone remotely; the District Office will only be open it’s normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This is a temporary change until Sept. 11, however, we will review call volume and times and adjust accordingly.
If you are a district staff member with district-issued technology, please place a ticket in My Support in the staff portal for any technical support needs.
Do you need a laptop?
Please complete this online laptop request form. Your child's school will contact you with pick-up instructions within a few days.
Do you need wifi?
There are many options for staff and families to add wifi at home, many with free or discounted rates for qualifying families or for a limited time. See the technology family resources page for options and how qualifying families can request a hotspot or other internet service support.
