    If you’re interested in learning more about COVID-19 or getting updates, both the Snohomish Health District website and Washington State Department of Health website are full of information and offer subscription-based newsletters and alerts. To reach the Snohomish Health District call center, dial 1-800-525-0127 and then press #.

    It’s important to remember that this virus does not discriminate based on race or ethnicity and neither should we. Please speak up if you see or hear any harassing or stigmatizing behavior. If your child experiences or witnesses any such behavior at school, they should tell a teacher or the school principal. King County has a helpful anti-stigmatization website.

    Be aware of Coronavirus-related scams

    There are phishing scams beginning to circulate that claim to be the “Health Department.” Please know the local or state health districts do not email you and ask you for your personal information.

    Also, be wary of rumors and false claims of COVID-19. The Snohomish Health District and school district will have factual information about confirmed cases of COVID-19 and their relation to any schools in Mukilteo School District.
